Refund and Return Policy
Online by Digital’s Returns Policy for Web Design Packages is designed to ensure that our clients have a fair and transparent process in case they need to cancel their purchase.
When a client purchases a Web Design Package, a 30% deposit is required to allocate project time and resources. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of reserving project resources and scheduling work on the project.
If the client cancels their purchase within three days of making the deposit, they will be eligible for a 70% refund of the deposit amount. However, if the client cancels the purchase after the three-day period, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Please note that if any work has been completed on the project, the client will be charged for the amount of work that has been completed up to the point of cancellation. The remaining balance will be refunded to the client.
